Pets Plus Inc. is a family owned and operated business. We understand that sometimes pet owners are not able to keep their pets. For our customers we offer to adopt your Pets Plus Inc. pet and find a new home. Our goal is to make sure Pets Plus Inc. pets are not left homeless or a burden on the local animal shelter.

Freshwater Fish Policy

Pets Plus Inc. guarantees our freshwater fish for 7 days after purchase. For a replacement fish, the body of the fish is needed, receipt, and a separate water sample. If the water sample tests within normal limits then the fish will be replaced once. We cannot guarantee compatibility as well. We take pride in our freshwater selection and we hope you find what you are looking for.

Saltwater Fish/Coral Policy

Due to the sensitivity and unpredictability of saltwater fish and coral, Pets Plus Inc. asks that you inspect and carefully make your selection. All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. We take pride in our saltwater section and hope that you find everything that you need.
